“ So somebody has made the analogy that, you know, if the news media is a bus, everybody on that bus can be a Democrat but the guy driving that bus is a Republican and it goes wherever the hell that guy wants, not where the passengers [want]. So they get to the report on the stuff they let them report on, they get to say the things they let them say. And I’ll just never buy the argument that multinational corporations, media corporations—some of them of which are banks, some of them of which are defense contractors, some of them of which are both just keep hiring these lefty liberals to undermine their corporate philosophy in their news department.
